Loyal customer for years and will be ending my business with this location. Ordered a pizza at 5:45pm and didn’t get my pizza until 730. It can’t take that long to make 100s of pizzas. Much less the 4 I ordered. On top of this they used to have a tracker app that was accurate, but have moved to a new app that is useless. Must be new management because the last two experiences have been miserable. The pizza isn’t good enough to have to go through this. So long Marcos.

A TOTAL TRAIN WRECK! I tried to order a pizza from Marco’s and the entire experience was a disaster, start to finish. I placed the order online but never got a delivery update. When I called to ask the status, I was on hold for 5 minutes and another person picked up to start the process over again. i was told the online order wasn’t something they had any control over. I spoke to the manager, and he said the pizza would be delivered within 30 minutes. An hour later, I called back again and they said they had no idea when or if the pizza was going to be delivered. Clearly, they couldn’t give a flip if I got the pizza or not. Everything they did was a total meltdown. I will NEVER order from these people again.

Food is great. I really enjoy the cauliflower crust pizza and the calzone is good. Unfortunately having food ready by the time estimated, or even after the order tracker says it is ready, doesn’t mean that the food has actually started cooking. My original 13 minutes until ready time took 45 minutes from when I placed the order – almost 30 minutes of which was waiting on site after the original pick up time listed and more than 10 minutes after the order tracker posted the order was ready. I wish I could say the wait was an anomaly, but it isn’t. I do keep ordering because the cauliflower crust pizza is good and not an option I can get just anywhere. Sometimes though, the order is ready when it is supposed to be, and has been accurate, which is why I gave a 3 rating for service.

Absolutely chaotic pizza place. There were 12 young trainees attempting to make pizza. They made my custom pizza mostly correct on the 3rd try and had me waiting inside for 40 minutes as they did. The manager only spoke to me after I requested to speak about my experience and said they would credit me.,..still waiting. I didn’t request credit, she offered but no following up. No receipt for customer surveys provided either

We ordered for my daughter’s fundraiser tonight and she was VERY excited for us to receive the delivery. Upon opening the box we had a pizza that looked absolutely ridiculous. I cannot believe that we would even be served that. I’m not sure if it was dropped, or half eaten, or what but I have a highly upset seven year old and then had to make dinner because there was no way our children were eating that. Disappointed is an understatement. This was supposed to be a fun treat for them and instead they were upset and hungry. NOT OKAY.
