We came on a night where they were short staffed, only two cooks and one server for the hibachi. Our server was absolutely amazing and sweet and not only was she the sweetest but she was the bar tender too! The food was delicious and our cook, Juan, I believe, was hilarious and cooking back to back. Very good staff and there isn’t another shoguns as good.

The service was good but we were very dissatisfied when my wife and myself pulled hair out of our mouths after taking a bite of food. We were both sitting on opposite sides of the table and the hair was too short to be ours and it was a different color. The manager seemed not to even care and only gave us 30 % off our meal and we still had to pay 100 bucks. We went for my daughters birthday. It was supposed to be a great experience but instead we got a mouth full of hair and could not even take the food home. This is not a good way to do business. You need to care about the customers and their experience.

Everyone was friendly but the food was lacking. My fiancé and I had entrées. We took a few bites off of it and it was to overcook into burnt. We did not finish the meal. We let our waiter know that we will not be eating it. The only thing really that we had of our entrée was the salad And soup. The only thing the restaurant did was take 50% off of the entrées when we didn’t even barely eat any of it like I said we took a few bites and it was way over cut, but they still wanted us to pay for it. I do not recommend . The food just had too many burnt edges and burnt flakes that that’s all you were tasting.

I enjoyed my experience at Shogun! Service was great, and our chef, Tony, did a great job on the hibachi grill! Portions were filling and the ambiance was nice and family oriented! Give them a chance next time you’re in the area.

Although they don’t have a dedicated GF menu. I told the server when we walked in. She then told the cook that came and cooked in front of us. She reminded him in front of me. He then cooked my food first with gluten free soy sauce and didn’t cross contaminate to the other food on the same grill due cooking mine first. Awesoke experience.

Upon arriving I saw that their hours have been temporarily adjusted! Their Google business page was not updated the day I went! Very annoying! Had to come back and hour later when they opened for 3! My food was decently good. Nothing to write home about…. If I’m in the mood for something else than my usual places I may come back.

This was our first time in this particular location. Sushi we ordered was really delicious and our waitress was really friendly. We sat at the diner section and to be honest I was not impressed with the smell in that area…the smell of raw fish. We love going to Shogun and have been to many other locations were the decor of the diner is much better than here , you feel like you’re in the restaurant but in this place you feel like you are in a diner

SAVORY JAPANESE DISHES!! The ambiance of this modern styled japanese restaurant is the perfect place for a change of pace dining experience. Our native Japanese waiter was very friendly and patient with our first time ordering. The seaweed salad was rich in flavor and freshness. The bento box lunch specials are served with large portions and a variety of delicious items. The sushi vegetable rolls were fresh and expertly prepared and served with an enticing presentation. Service was excellent and pricing was about $9 a person..They have a full menu with spectacular meal choices to select from so you can enjoy any special occasion or casual outing.

Came on 02/20/2023 around 3-4pm. The waitress was not nice, was in an “unnecessary” rush to take our order. She took half of our order and then went back inside, cane back to get the rest of it. But the restaurant only had 2 tables occupied. I cannot even imagine her behaviour if all the tables were full. When we asked about her recommendations of a best dessert, she said fried ice cream. The fried ice cream was a disaster! They definitely had used very old oil to fry the batter. And the batter itself was bad. Very tiny scoop of ice cream is only what is edible in that dessert. She brought food before the cocktails and when asked, she said “right, I just did not have time to make the cocktails”. Like seriously? Is it our fault that she does not know the order of what to serve & when? Horrible, mean service that does not even deserve a single star!
