Village Grill was great, service was awesome, our waitress and other staff were very kind & attentive. It’s such a cute diner decorated with 60’s & 70’s memorable. I ordered the California Burger w/ chili cheese french fries. My husband ordered the double bacon cheeseburger w/ curly fries. It was great

Location: Good, Parking:Street, Service: Decent, Price for food received: Average. Military Discount: No, Overall: First time try and the place is small but did have a decent crowd. Two ladies who were servers were able to handle most of the orders with ease and check and refill coffee without asking. Food came out pretty quick and had a good taste. So yes I would come back again and try more meals. This a breakfast and lunch restaurant and closes by 3pm. As for my review…today 4 Stars…

The small town college atmosphere and the flavorful food make this place great. Fast service and a big enough selection to keep you coming back.

Old-fashioned diner experience – complete with a retro atmosphere. Did not care for our waitress, but everyone could have a bad day – so not reflected in the score. Took some visiting girls from Japan and they loved it!

Been here a few times, food is ok. But the last time we went(a few days ago), the food tasted old, like they premade it to get fast serving times. Because of that, it was also cold. The hashbrown cannot be cooked ahead of time on left on the griddle, they become hard, impossible to chew/eat. The big disappointment was that they use fake butter!! So disgusting! They should definitely, label that on the menus. Nothing ruins toast, pancakes, french toast, etc like fake butter does!!
