I usually go here daily around 3:30 am on my way to work, but I must say the service was great until they brought in the very rude girl. My iced coffee has more creamer than coffee and my donuts were hard and stale. For what I pay for iced coffee and donuts to be served stale donuts and milk is ridiculous. I did try to order a breakfast sandwich to be told she wasn’t serving hot food. I believe she needs to be replaced with someone that actually cares about customer satisfaction. I can get better service at a gas station with actual coffee and donuts.

I stop at this Dunkin 6 days a week. The convenience is not just that they are on the way to work, but that the staff there does an EXCELLENT job at efficiency. I am constantly seeing 3 or 4 people doing the work of 7. They help each other on different stations and as soon as I walk into the door they remember my order now and pass the drink to me without me having to go to the counter to let them know I’m picking up my mobile order!

Best Dunkin in Kennesaw. First its open for 24 hours for all the night/early morning workers and I NEVER have to wait for the Midnight roast when at others, I have to wait 10+ minutes for them to make a midnight roast coffee. 10/5 stars plus everyone that works there are very kind and soft spoken. I would drive to this Dunkin from 10 miles away if I needed too

I’d like to congratulate the store manager at Dunkin Donuts on Bellsferry @575 for being my A hole of the week. I typically splurge about 3 times a week on Dunkin. I order the same thing every.single.time. Large ice coffee, extra cream, extra sugar, light ice. Same order at different locations.

Really Dunkin? Come on. At least give us enough cream cheese to eat the whole bagel. Service it’self was fine, so I gave 3 stars. But this is the second time in a row I have gotten a bagel from this location, and there’s barely any cream cheese. It’s disappointing.

I know it’s late but if you’re open serve the same quality food you’d serve at the earlier hours or else what’s the point. (which judging by some of the other reviews this was the quality to expect). First no hazelnut. Then after repeating the order back wrong we finally leap over that hurdle just to see our food when we get home(Idont eat while driving I’m bad at it). is disgustingly burnt. My Wake up wrap was more of a hard shell taco with black cheese. This seems to me to be a personel problem.
