It was a nice experience. The bar has many options on tap, the bartender was very friendly. The dining area was shockingly larger than you’d expect. The views out to the creek were a nice surprise. The food was very good and dinner came with bread and a relish tray. Staff were all very fast, organized and friendly on a more personal level. Great stop, we will be back!

My husband and I went for the Thanksgiving buffet. I almost cancelled (first time not cooking for Thanksgiving) but I’m glad I didn’t! The food and service was excellent. I had all the Thanksgiving fixings (the two stuffings were delicious) plus Eggs Benedict, and prime rib beef. On top of that they had cook to order omelettes. Didn’t have room for one, but did top everything off with a sugar free pineapple cake that was wonderful. With all that and the added bonus of no dishes and a wonderful view, I would definitely do it again.

Wide variety to please any palate. Nice Wisconsin supper club ambiance. Large Bar area, Large Dining area, and a couple of rooms for private parties. We most recently enjoyed a midweek “getaway” (drive) for the “Wednesday night wine special” – a nice variety of house wines on the menu. The haystack onions are enough for four! (reminder to self: half order next time!) Posting a picture of the weekly specials board. If you want a real treat – the Sunday Brunch is phenomenal.

My fiance and I went here on a whim a few Sundays ago and it was amazing. Great old-fashions! There homemade french dressing was delicious and a pleasant surprise on my side salad along with homemade croutons(one of my faves.) I tried the mushroom ravioli for my main course and was not disappointed, I believe the pasta/noodles we’re handmade which was absolutely delightful. My fiance got a burger which was also pretty good. We took some dessert to go and the triple berry tiramisu made me realize… I actually can enjoy tiramisu.

Drove a half hour to come out to eat, looked it up on the internet and it said open. We got there it was closed. Would have been nice if it said that on the internet

Super friendly and helpful staff. True supper club aire with relish platter, crackers and butter ahead of dinner. Delicious food! Fish fry is light and flaky, soft and warm bread, great martinis and old fashioneds. Irish Cream cheesecake to go and enjoy later when less full. One of our favorite local restaurants. ~ Deb

The food was quite delicious and well made. I had the prime rib sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was perfect and the sandwich wss very flavorful and filling. My boyfriend enjoyed his meal too. Great stop before going to Kettle Moraine for a hike. The inside was charming and rustic. Service was laid back but friendly. Definitely would recommend.

Average, perhaps a tad above average dinner. Rib eye was good. Not large, not fabulous for $35. Tiny salad, mostly croutons. Great warm bread! But an expensive place. Spent $120 on 2 dinners/2 tap beers ea. Nice decor, friendly wait staff. Clean and cozy. Terrific, quiet location. Saturday’s Bartender was polite but a bit …um, dry. Not warm or super friendly. Good Old Fashioned, made with maple syrup. May return for burgers and that loaf of bread.

This little gem has a great menu, fast service and nice views. It’s reasonably priced and one of the few places to eat that you can sit and relax while in the Kettle Moraine.
