AquaGrille was wonderful! Without a reservation, we were quickly seated in the contemporary beachy feeling atmosphere. Our party, including a friend in food service management, all noted how pristinely clean the restaurant was. Not just the tables and floors, but even the light fixtures and bulbs were without dust! The bathrooms were upscale and very clean as well. Upon seating, we were served water and perused the menu. Tonight the offering included a three-course, Prix Fixe menu in addition to the regular menu. At only $39 for most of the Prix Fixe meals, two of us opted for that and one was in the mood for a petite filet. Our server, Mo, warmly and professionally greeted and welcomed us to AquaGrille. As we watched delicious-looking plates pass us by we were hopeful the did would taste as good as it looked! We also ordered the Blackened Mahi with Caesar salad, and an outrageous almond joy Sunday, and I had the perfectly cooked salmon with a green salad and Sunday! Frankly it is nice to enjoy well prepared menus with food that exceeds expectations! Throughout the meal our service was lovely. So much so we were extremely surprised to learn our server was on her first shift at the restaurant. Overall, our experience rivaled that of the finest establishments I’ve had the pleasure to be seated at. If in doubt – GO!

From the moment we entered, greeted by the friendly hostess, to the moment we exited, accompanied by the Manager on duty, the experience was 10/10. Our bartender, Emma went above and beyond! From food and cocktail recommendations, to conversation, she was an absolute pleasure. The food was 10/10 as well! I ordered the Coconut Crusted Snapper and the husband ordered the Creole Blackened Salmon. We started with the Tuna Tostaditos, I ordered a spicy tequila cocktail and the husband had the Goldrush. Phenomenal experience, clean bathrooms, great service, we will definitely be back!! Thank you Emma!!

I am latin but I do not like reggaeton music, can be Maluma , G, J. Balvin … so that was the music … everything was very good until I sat down. I asked if they can lowered down the sound of it . They could not .. Brittney was our hostess , very polite , knows everything about the menu. To me modern cuisine, fusion, eclectic..as you prefer to call it “ contemporánea” has to make my dish with the original main ingredient..using , choosing this one with higher quality, freshness ,than a regular always used . A creative balance of others items , as well , spices, fruits, to be used making my dish the most perfect equal and different cause of delicious flavors balanced tasty exploding in my mouth still to confuse my palate adding to my familiar “ fish “ other texture,aroma , sweeter and delicious..small portions served in a beautiful way .. that my eyes can be deceived..price is worth.. everything will explain by itself if you get the Key Lime Alaska 🙂

We’ve always enjoyed our meals & drinks @ AquaGrille. We had a Date Night last night that they made special and our waitress EMA was awesome. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and had a great personality. I appreciate how the staff is VERY good with Gluten free foods and I’ve never had an issue with cross contamination. They always serve a surprise treat to cleanse your palate which is nice. We enjoy the mixologist who serve tasty drinks. Happy hour there is pretty good also.
