Ordered 3 five layers burritos, 3 soft tacos, received one sour cream for the three of us yet the drive thru is a simpler way to serve customers; No need to go through rush hours in walk-in. Google page doesn’t advertise when does walk in finish or whether it is available at all for this business. About one sour cream for 6 items, I think it’s self explanatory therefore I didn’t specify about the 3 sour creams.

While walking in to the restaurant, one of the Taco Bell workers was hanging out the back door…. no literally, her stomach was uncovered and just hanging there and she was laughing and her stomache was jiggling……..a very unappetizing sight when contemplating getting food. Just please have your workers cover the width and breadth of their girth……

I love Taco Bell, but this trip to the Taco Bell in Greencastle, PA just off of Interstate 81 was a terrible trip. As you can see by the pictures that the taco had extremely little meet, all three shells I had were broken, and the amount of other toppings were very limited. You know it is bad when all three tacos together were thinner at the top then the soggy bottom. Most of that was lettuce because it doesn’t lay flat.

The food is ok for a Taco Bell. Word to the wise though, make sure you check your bag before leaving. They notoriously forget items in your bag so double check it before you leave!

friend of mine and i just stopped in we waited at the cash register for over 15 minutes not one employee even acknowledged us then we were asked to use the kiosk I said I couldn’t because I was paying with cash waited another ten minutes when finally my order was taken that was wondering why it cost so much when I got my receipt realize they had charge me for more food than what I asked for so rather than wait another 20 minutes I left it go then when I finally got the food it wasn’t the way I asked them for would gladly give zero Stars if I could they claim that they couldn’t do anything because they were short-staffed yet the two male teenagers manage to walk into the lobby and say you can pay with cash at the kiosk which I would really like to know how you could do that considering they don’t take money credit card only they had multiple people going out to smoke cigarettes but didn’t have the time for the customer standing in the lobby really wasn’t all that busy either used to come there a lot now I find it a sad pathetic fast food I will never go there again

The staff at this location were not the problem. They got the food out as quickly as possible. Corporate has them under staffed on a Friday during lunch rush. At 11:23am I submitted an order through the Taco Bell app for 6 burritos. I selected 12:30 as the pickup time. When I arrived the drive through was wrapped around the store and there were 4 people inside waiting for their food. I was not greeted at the counter as all hands were on deck making the food in back. The mobile app stated my food was complete. When I finally did receive my order, I left immediately to get to work by 1pm. It was not until I sat at my desk at 1:04pm that I realized I was missing one burrito. The food was rushed, ordering ahead of time did not ensure a pick-up and go order. Until corporate helps this store get more staff I’m going to hesitate ordering here again.
