I’ve been coming here around once a week for the last 6 months or so. Prices are fair, portions are generous, and quality is out of this world. Carl is a down to earth type of guy that loves what he does and takes pride in his craft. The brisket, pulled pork and ribs are all to die for. Breakfast options are also super cheap for what you’re getting and I can’t recommend the croissant sandwich enough. If you try this food, be warned. You’ll be back.

Great service with very kind staff. The portions are generous and the food is incredible! We don’t get as many hugs during Covid times, but a plate full of their pulled pork and mac & cheese is the next best thing! That mac must be at least 50% cheese by volume! Best ever!

They have an awesome eggs, cheese grits and bacon bowl in the morning that is far superior to any fast food place. Haven’t gotten to try the smoked meats for lunch yet but it smells fantastic and I’m sure it’s awesome as well. The owner is a very nice gentleman who appears to cook with love of preparing a great meal.

I cannot rate it beyond, I never smell anything driving by, and to me, the scent of food is what initially draws me to it in a parking lot foot truck. I go by almost everyday and lots of days this truck is here,.they get business, but until I smell some good food, I don’t think I’ll stop.

The ribs was good and flavored and tender but me personally I like the rib to have that big gristle part on the front and the ones that I got from here did not have that it was all ribs and meat very tender. But as I looked at the menu they have all other kinds of food next time I’ll try something else also wanted macaroni and cheese but they had sold out I was too slow for that but I will return back again service was excellent and it was yes ma’am and no man which is a very nice Thank you

Carl catered our wedding and he did not disappoint. My guest left with to-go plates and the food was topic of discussion for a week afterwards. Genuine guy and not to mention family oriented.
