I didn’t even wanna give these guys a one star. Definitely should’ve listen to the reviews before deciding to go here. I ordered a pizza and upon opening up the box half of it was totally flat and the other side was overly stuffed. Made the pizza doughy and half was supposed to be cheesy bread and the other half was supposed to be pepperoni pizza, and there was like literally three pieces that were just the cheesy bread and the rest were pepperoni so clearly they didn’t know how to make a pizza. When going back to the store, I was told that they cannot do returns or exchanges, and the manager was very rude when talking to me and said that there’s just nothing that she could do.

This location is fairly new, very clean and service was good. The pizza is not great though. Not the fault of this particular location but more so the fault of the company themselves. Not sure what happened in the last 25-30 years but the food is SO bland. They used to have great crust and great crazy bread but not anymore. I’m not sure who at corporate decided to remove the salt from their crust. Its literally tasteless crust. Never used to be like that. I only ordered here on a whim as I was nearby and thought I’d give it a shot after not having Little Cesar’s for a couple decades. Will probably be the last time in a long while that I ever go back. Corporate needs to bring back their old recipes. Other than the bland tasteless crust, the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni were pretty amazing for $10. It’s a shame they ruin it with bad crust. Just add salt guys, it’s not hard!

Veronica is the worst my wife went today and she would not compensate or try to make it right for the raw dough on two pepperoni pizza. She said you took the pizza home. We dont know its raw dough untill you bite the pizza! She lied about her name and said it was Monica. But the dummy forgot the name is on the receipt worst location/franchise. Not comming back again.

The wrong pizza was made so we had to wait for another one to be made. When I asked for some money off or possibly a small soda, they said no. I asked for the name of one of the 3 managers names and they wouldn’t give it to me. So incredibly disappointed at the customer service and consideration that I wasn’t given. I used to go at least once a week but will not again.

Place is clean, Customer service was superb!! But poor girl! Come on why leave her all alone she was like a chicken without a head. She was all alone taking orders, making pizza and boxing them. That was too much. While I was there she had a person pick up 7 pizzas and like 4 people online I felt bad for her. I mean she did amazing but she shouldn’t have to be doing all that alone. She even forgot to put her gloves back on but thankfully they use tongs.
