I’m giving this place one star only because I can’t go any lower. There were 2 servers ( one male & one female). It was nearly 10 minutes before either server acknowledged I was there. The male server went to the table next to me but totally ignored me. The female finally came over and asked if I was being helped. The restaurant was NOT crowded. Only about 6 – 7 tables with customers. I was sitting in the restaurant by the front door, but I could hear the staff in the kitchen complaining about their jobs. Including using the “F” word.

I ordered take out and the employees were beyond friendly and helpful… Not to mention that they got my order ready for me as quickly, accurately, and efficiently as possible. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and professional the entire time, and the whole ordeal went as smoothly and I hoped it would. And of course the food was as delicious as ever! Took my husband and kids here today for Father’s Day after a long day at the beach. Had to seat ourselves read the menu then go up and order our food and pay right away. They messed up charging me so now I have charges pending for the next 3-5 days. I ordered a shrimp wonton wrap it didn’t taste horrible but the shrimp was so tough I couldn’t even chew it! Then I go back up to order our ice cream I ordered the hubby chubby lava cake they bring me out a tiny cup of ice cream and when I replied that’s not what I ordered he said oh you wanted the lava cake?!! What was suppose to be a nice Father’s Day ending was a horrible horrible experience!

No waitress. No menu, had to use phone to view it. Had to walk up and order and also walk up and get out own food if we got food. Small amount of staff scurried away after we sat down. We had to get our own car seat holder. We walked out and get pizza across the street. We recommend the pizza at crusted fire across the street. Don’t bother even walking in or thinking about dinning. Your just wasting your time

Out with our family and thought we would stop in for a nice late lunch since the kids love Friendlys. Walked in, there’s a person leaving and one mom and kid in the corner, no one else. Girl behind the counter cooking said she couldn’t take any more dine-ins. We were confused as there was no one there. Even if she was the only one there, n waiting on people was such a hassle they should close the doors then. The kids were so upset since they were excited and looking forward to their favorite place, and There isn’t really anything in that plaza for younger kids so we ended up driving around trying to find something. Don’t be open if you can’t take customers. ♀

Hello I just ate ice cream here with my friends. I do not recommend eating here. Not only did the water taste like it was from the toilet, but the waitress got one of our orders wrong. All we ordered was a sundae each and we must have been waiting for our check for a half hour due to the fact that our waitress disappeared. I’m not sure if she went on break, left completely or was busy brewing more toilet water in the back, but it was outrageous. If I could figure out how to put no stars I would, but unfortunately I can’t quite figure it out. The only good thing was that the boy who rang us out was semi-cute. I will not be returning and neither will my friends or family. Thank you but it’s clearly not your pleasure.

I went to Friendly’s on a Saturday during my hour lunch break. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. There were a total of 6 of us so we expected to wait a little bit for our meals to come. We waited 15 minutes just for our drinks to arrive. There was not an employee in site for the majority of the time being there. I noticed a table behind the one I was at who had a wait just like us (the only received water), they ended up just walking out. After 50 minutes of waiting and not receiving our food, we were all very annoyed and upset, one of the customers in the restaurant got up and went into the kitchen (where every single employee was at and arguing) just so they can ask one of them to come out so the customer can pay their bill. When an employee finally came to help the table next to us, we told them to tell our waiter do not worry about our food, we don’t want it now. At that point we had to go back to work. One of the girls at our table still wanted her food though, they ended up charging her for all 6 meals and did not refund her the money like they claimed they would. She had to go back another day and speak to another manager. No one came to check on us, didn’t inform us if there was an issue in the back or even apologize for our wait. I do not plan on going there again and would advise others not to waste their time.

The staff is really slow..with only 2 parties at tables and yet they managed to mess up orders. It took 20 minutes to just get seated. Then we ordered our food and it took yet another 20 minutes after we sat down to get our drink order. Then as we ordered, the waitress seemed to write down our order, but for some reason, instead of getting a wrap a sandwich came out. I ORDERED A WRAP… As my party was finished…and getting THIER desserts. MY food came out….. I am very very disappointed… in the service. It was my first and last time at this location.
