They stopped serving the Sweet and Sour sauce, so I got “house made ranch”…. Why is it sweet?!?! The worst tasting “ranch” ever. It tastes like they put a bunch of sugar in it. The bread in my basket wasn’t toasted. It was just buttered bread. The blizzard was amazing and so was the staff. But the food was seriously lacking. Also… PLEASE GET CRUNCH COAT(praline, sprinkles, and nuts mixture) thank you.

Gotta work on thr fries at this location. We ordered fish sandwich combo the cheeseburger combo and 2 blizzards and had to wait about 15 minutes for fries and when they came out they were not even hot and crispy! The fish sandwich was delicious it was nice and crispy on the outside and flavourful. The cheeseburger had way way too much ketchup and mustard on it but otherwise it was OK.

Ordered a Blizzard and a chicken tender basket. The Blizzard and chicken we’re perfect. They stopped serving sweet and sour so we went with the house-made ranch. Terrible idea, it was super sweet like they put a bunch of sugar in it. Not the sweet and sour you are looking for. The toast was just buttered bread, not toasted at all. Fries were okay.

Their customer service at the window is ridiculous. I order a 4 piece chicken tenders. With no bread and oreo blizzard with extra cookies. I received my food after waiting 30 mins. My food was cold and my oreo blizzard did not have extra cookies in it, and I paid for extra cookies.

Great evening just to pick up delicious ice cream bars and flaming burger…will come again no issues with my burger after reading all horrible reviews too. The ladies room was clean, didn’t get a chance to visit the mens room.

The DQ in Jacksonville was actually better than what was expected. The burgers were grilled, complete with the caramelized grill lines. The lettuce and tomato were in the right place (on top of the burger) unlike some other restaurants.

Rude employee at the drive through microphone. Ordered four blizzards the employees at the pick up window turned three of the blizzard upside down and the last she just handed over because it was melted and thinner than a milkshake. Worst experience at a Dairy Queen.

All of the tables and chairs were dirty. Come on guys!!! The Ice cream and fries were good I brought the gang for ice cream and we had to sit at one of the cleaner tables. It wasn’t very busy either. At mosphere was a 1 star… the rest were 4 just gotta practice cleanliness guys it’s still a place to eat.
