It’s what you expect from Dunkin Donuts. I always use the app so as I pull up my order appears on the screen. I’ve changed my orders on the fly and have not had a bad experience, even though I’m causing more work. The food has ups and downs, items that are good are really good and items that are not that good, are really not good. Try everything and pick what you like.

Rude, and no customer service ! Never have i ever heard that you cant pick he donuts you want in your half dozen … so i told the lady ok i will just do 3 strawberry sprinkle and 3 boston cream and she had a complete attitude . And responded with “ok what do you want “ . They need to learn how to have some manners ! Not the first time ive had a problem with this location either !

Nice clean store… the manager is always eager to help and will resolve any issues.. there are new staff mixed with old and they always come and go as they are mostly young adults that go to school… so depending on the time of day and the learning curve experiences may differ but the improvements from the old shop to this one are huge… so don’t throw the baby out with the bath water..

Awful service, I went on the drive thru and order a few drinks, I needed to order more but they shut the screen on me so I figure “I just add it at the window “, well not, the girl said I couldn’t add more items at the window instead I needed to pick up my coffees and drive around and order again or go inside, of course all this was said to me in a rude way, then she literally smashed the window in my face.

Pretty decent place, definetly not as bad as some of the other reviews suggest. It’s just really annoying ordering here because of how hot it gets inside – even outdoors on an 80+ degree day is cooler than inside this store. I feel so bad for the employees, you can’t stay there 10 minutes without feeling nauseous
