Service was slow. It wasn’t a crowd. Our orders came out wrong and once we finally got the food we ordered the food was ok. We don’t know if our waiter was new or the only available waiter for the few customers that was there. The best thing was the Prickly Pear Margarita Frozen w Henny instead of Vodka

They have buckets of peanuts for snacking and you can throw the shells on the floor. I love this. I had a Sirloin steak with a loaded baked potato with coleslaw. Steak was cooked perfect and tasted great. The waitress was excellent.

Food, environment, and service are all great. Cleanliness is decent as well. Prices are average for your typical steakhouse, and the location is convenient. It’s a nice place to go out to eat and I always leave feeling like it was a great experience. I really cannot think of anything negative to say about it.

We were seated right away. I ordered the Fried cheese burger, Caesar salad, and my niece ordered the porterhouse T-Bone, and we shared the advertiser Trio with potato skins cheese sticks and zucchini fries. The Caesar salads were drowning in salad dressing and it was very sour. The croutons and zucchini fries were super greasy. Potato skins were awesome cheese sticks or cold they didn’t even string out when you broke them in half. I was not a fan of the fried cheeseburger but that’s my own personal reference. My niece’s T-Bone she ordered it medium rare and in some parts it was blue. She took it home and re warmed it up in the microwave so she could eat it we didn’t have enough time to have them take it back cook it and bring it back to the table. It took a very long time to get the appetizer and salads which came at the same time. Our server was awesome though. She was also bartending to. I liked that we were able to get our teas to go. My burger was supposed to be medium and it came back medium well almost well done. This is 3rd time eating here and we are still not impressed. Again our server was awesome and was tipped accordingly. But the food was mediocre and could have been prepared well.

Food was good, as was the wait staff. The biggest problem was that, my parents and I went to this location around 3 Easter Sunday, for a late lunch. The restaurant was not busy at all. After being seated, served drinks, and our order placed, we just sat and waited. Our salads came 5-10 minutes later. It was another 45 minutes to an hour before our entrees reached the table. I noticed that several people , who were seated 20 minutes after we came in, received their food, ate, and left before we got our entrees. I ended up asking to speak to a manager, just to let her know that it wasn’t acceptable to have to wait so long for 2 steaks and a grilled chicken breast to be served. The manager was curt, and almost rude. She asked if the food was good and if we were satisfied with it, and I said , “yes.” I just said to her that it was ridiculous that it took so long, and something was wrong in the process. All she said was that she would go look at the ticket time, and walked off, never to be seen again. We ended up getting 5% off of the meal (not the intention of me speaking with the manager), which was nice and all, but we never got an apology or explanation as to why it took so long to get our meal. I don’t think I’ll be eating here ever again.

My husband and I decided to give Logan’s “one more chance” after having numerous bad experiences since this location opened. I’m happy to say our visit was great from the time we entered until the time we left. The staff was friendly, our food was cooked correctly, and our server, LaTasha, was exceptional!! We asked to speak with the manager before we left and complimented him and the staff on the positive experience. We will be back soon!

The food was good but we went there with a $10 off coupon for 2 entrees. We told the waitress we were using it and ordered. When we received our check, we were told it was only good on a $30 order. The waitress finally found it on the coupon which was so small you would need a magnifying glass to read it. She did give us a 25% discount but we were very displeased for being duped. Probably won’t go back.

This would be a good location for a good restaurant. I go there 2 to 3 times a week after work to have a cold one with friends. The bartenders are nice and friendly but are constantly without cold mugs for draft beer. If you order food they are always out of something either cruetons or bake potatoes one Saturday night. If you order food to go there is always something left out. I hear from several people that the food service is bad and not cooked as ordered.
