48 minute wait for breadsticks. Other breadstick orders were being fulfilled, even with the knowledge I didn’t get mine and have been waiting for a very long time… I ate my pizza before my breadsticks. Yeah. I’ll be driving right by this establishment every time. I want pizza.

Quite impressed. I politely made my order for 2 pizzas and a pan of cheesy breadsticks. I asked for a couple of changes to a regular pizza order and I got extra sauce on both pizzas and on my Uncle Sal’s I asked to exchange mushrooms for green peppers. It was just what I asked for.

Have a Rocky’s gift card that I bought for my grandson the Rocky’s he goes to won’t take it so I got it from him because I come to this location now I’m told they don’t take them either. Rocky’s sells gifts cards that are useless, nice scam they are running never again Rocky’s

We arrived just after 7pm. They had no salad or pasta available. The pizza that we did receive was a dark brown color on top and was terribly dry. The cashier did not seem to care about the experience for the guest. I would not recommend!

Going down hill! Not too friendly. Had to ask for plates and felt like we should not have, as they never asked how many we would need. Then the whole reason we came to enjoy pizza! It was just about all crust! My kiddos weren’t to happy about that! The middle of pizza had a thin layer of crust. At least we enjoyed some a&w root beer! But walked out hungry!

We live nearby and have been subjected for years to this atrocity posing as a pizza joint! This is by far the most ridiculous restaurant I’ve ever been to. The level of care and service, or lack there of is truly remarkable. They never have any pizza! How can you have a pizza joint that consistently, for nearly 10 years now rarely has any actual pizza? There are pictures of pizza. They have pizza on the menu! But may the Creator help you if you so much as have the remotest inkling for actual pizza. They have none. And when and if you do decide to take a gamble and order a fresh pizza and wait upwards of an hour (or longer), they screw that up too. We’re not talking a complicated order either. “I’ll take the special…”. Nope. Ain’t gonna get it. Its like Vegas in a Rocky’s box. No telling what you’ll find! It won’t be what you ordered. Once, it wasn’t even pizza! It was an entire box of breadsticks! Go in at dinner time and be prepared to be disappointed. Guess what? No pizza. Slide on over to the Cousins counter or A&W. At least they have, or can make what is listed on their menus, and you have a reasonable semblance of getting what you ordered… Or drive 4 miles or so into town to one of the real pizza spots in Lodi. How can this place stay open when they never have any pizza. It boggles the mind! Abandon all hope, all ye who enter. There be no pizza.

Ordered the “meat works” or five meat, sat with our twin 5 month old babies for 45 minutes waiting for our pizza and we got the works instead. When I talked to the employee about it she immediately got her manager and told her that we ordered the works not the meat works. They were willing to start a new pizza but when I asked for a refund instead the manager got crabby, basically threw the money at me and stormed off.

I love this place ,I don’t get rocky pizza very often, it is very good pizza, great big sausage chunks, just enough sauce perfect crust etc.. I left my phone laying on the table and they had it safe for me in the office! manager guy also txt my wife to try and let us know! Very nice honest folks working hard here! Thank You !
