I was trying to get Mac sauce from the lady she tried telling me the kiosks would charge me extra even though it wouldn’t I’ve gotten it before for free when I order chicken nuggets none the less her tone of voice and attitude towards me someone who is a paying customer was totally unacceptable. She’s Hispanic and was wearing a purple shirt. If you hate your job get a new one you don’t need to speak to anyone in a rude tone of voice or act like a know it all. Customer service is explaining in a polite non intimidating tone why you are saying what you saying: it’s not rocket science you would do better in a warehouse not around people!!!

Door was locked at noon, had to walk around to drive-thru door. Order at Kiosk was painless but choose to eat in. Food was brought out in bags, was told they don’t have trays anymore. Wanted a shake but all shakes are out of order. Settled for smoothie, wasn’t as good. Order was filled quickly and hot.

Went at 9:30 pm when they say on there door and website they close at 11, cones were in place at both lanes but yet screens and automatic greeting was still on, obviously confused a bunch of other people since still went through drive thru so we did too, ended up going to drive thru window where there was multiple employees there, like 5, and had to make a bunch of noise for them to even acknowledge us, said they’re closed when everything was still turned on and there was still such a huge line that we had to tell everyone else they closed early since no employees would do it
