So I’m a huge fan of the food at Jacky’s Burrito Express on W. 12th street, the service not as much, but we do frequent there because the food is so darn good (they got 4 stars, 5 stars for food, 3 stars for service… read my other review for more details). The service here I think actually makes more sense than it does at Burrito Express. It’s basically the same model, but it makes more sense in a food court setting. Food came out in 12 minutes which is better than what we usually get at their other place. Food ingredients were high quality and fresh and dishes were piping hot!

Never had a problem with them before except today where they were open but said they were closed and served other people. We hadn’t done anything but look at the menu and when we walked up to order she said they were closed. We picked somewhere else to see and saw other people getting served.

You have to be absolutely insane to see Jackys restaurant available in the empire mall and choose to eat anywhere else. It is made fresh and its authentic South American food. Great service from the staff, too!

Was disappointed the wet burrito at this location does not come with rice in the burrito. If you’re going to change what’s in a menu item for each location but leave the price the same you should at least leave a description under the menu items.
