$2.75 for a bottle water that is $1.00 in the store? Staff is unknowledgeable about prices or specials even the ones that they just posted on the window.. can’t add even when the machine is doing the work for them. And they’re quite rudely nosey. Every 5 minutes I noticed them all whisper in each other’s ears at least 5 times I 40 minutes.

So our DM ordered us pizza since we would be working 12 hours for 1 of the (4) 12 hour days of our holiday sale. Originally myself and Co worker ordered half veggie have meat as I don’t eat pork. We got the pizza it seemed fresh kinda sloppy but no big deal. Opened it started taking it out the box the veggie side had meat, called to ask for remake person who answered all but called me a liar when I told her it was mistake because she made it herself. 2 hours later ( just now) I’m getting a cold half and half pizza. Long story short this place is a no terrible customer service pizza not the best might be ok if it’s hot.

I have been ordering from this location for quite awhile and I am just now writing my review because I was actually waiting for the too good to be true part to kick in and it never has!! I live in Ohio City with plenty of new and old pizza options and I find that they are amazing! My orders are always unbelievably fast!! food still Oven hot I actually have to wait a few to bite into it. Quality has tasted look received above honestly some area competitors. The food is always good! but when the manager is there it’s amazing he definitely puts love into all his food. It’s always the best when he is there. Today was good but I wish that manager was in. Today was a 7.5 but when he’s there it’s for sure a 10. We usually just get trash food on weet 25th but this Location is pretty awesome!!!!!

Ordered a pizza at 10:18 am and it just got here at 11:36 am. It was order online it was suppose to be ready in 40 minutes. Called the store they lady said they only got one driver and and a really big order. She said it would be fresh….it was barely warm. Service is really bad.
