I work across the street and have been here multiple times, this particular time the employee “fussed” at me when I “pulled” up to curb side so they can get my coffee and oatmeal out to me. Last time the lady told me to pull in to curbside so that’s what I did this time. Employees should not “fuss” at customers because they have to walk an extra 10ft to get to them. Have my order ready at the window and this would be avoided.

How many times have I said a place of business will always get my vote by their greeting. Hello this mcdonalds has it perfect. OK you my followers know how I feel about no name tags. They do not have them but no points was taken because greeting and excellent customer service. The young woman named Darlene is the one with greeting suggestive selling and a number 1 smile.. I do not have a name for the young lady who was the back up expeditor thoughtful caring people. Wow how long has it been since I’ve used those words in or about a mcdonalds. Kari is the one mentioned above. Now let’s let you know who has made it successful Christina the shift manager smiles great attitude and has the actions of leading by example.
