Food was okay but the service was horrible. They wouldn’t refill our drinks and would never come to our table. Then when we went to pay our pill they charged us 18% of our bill for gratuity without asking or telling us about it. Gratuity isn’t required and they should tell you that they add 18% of your bill onto your bill. They didn’t tell us and the only reason we found out is because I asked for a itemized bill

Beautiful place with great deco and ambiance. Service was fantastic but the real winner was the incredible food. Wow! Salsa Bar, chips and BEANS, and more. Will definitely be back AND sharing this with my work family so they can stop by too.

Waited over an hour for our food. We were then, after we got our food, told they had run out of rice. That’s why it took so long…..no comp, no extra chips while we waited, no apology. Basic custom service could have over come the issue, but nothing. Do better. Food was cold when we got it……

Normally, our experience has been good, but the most recent order was bad for the Yucatan flautas. Seemed okay at first, but the cheese tasted a bit strong. As I ate more, it became clear there was something wrong. Didn’t finish food at the restaurant, but I took home thinking it was maybe just me. Tried again at home, and it became clear that the cheese was rancid. I am very disappointed that this issue wasn’t caught before food was served.

Talk about delicious food!!!! This place was AMAZING!!! The food was sososo good, the shrimp were ginormous!!! It was fantastic. Everything tasted so good, hot right out of the kitchen. We did have to wait a little for the food to come out but once it did all that time passed was worth it. The staff was super friendly and the place was beautifully decorated. Makes me wish I lived nearby so I could go there every day!
