I will start by saying the manager was lovely and refunded most of my meal and I didn’t ask her too. I didn’t appreciate the amount of staffing hanging around and laughing while my order had been in for almost an hour. The other two people at my table were almost done with their cold brisket soup and cold fries with an undercooked chicken sandwich that was pushed to the side. I miss the old Smokey bones vibes where you could have good wings and rub along with a little pong if you wanted.

Food was not great. It was nothing special, and was extremely overpriced. The sandwich I got was pretty skimpy and dry, and the brisket Mac and cheese made my boyfriend sick. The place itself is cool looking but the low-backed booths make me uncomfortable. But Our server, Andrew, was great. He was attentive and efficient. Honestly, he deserves better and should go work somewhere with better food.

First time trying this restaurant. The prices were higher than I wanted to pay but I was hopeful the food would be worth it. It was just me an my wife, we ordered the pretzels as an appetizer $10. She ordered the hand pulled chicken with a side of fire roasted corn and a side upgrade of Mac and cheese $20. I ordered the 9oz sirloin with a side of fire roasted corn and a side of broccoli $20. The pretzels were good and the beer cheese was great. My wife stated her food was good and she loved the Mac n cheese. My sides were good, my steak (ordered medium) was chewy and lacked flavor. I would eat here again but I would not get the steak again.

I was looking for a late night chicken wing place and found that Smokey Bones is open a lot later than most places. We got seated fast! I had the 8 Smoked Buffalo Wings ($13.99) and Loaded Fries($4.99). The food was delicious and a perfect way to end the evening! The server Gianna was awesome and did a great job handling the tables and the bar. I will definitely be back.

I visited Smokey Bones last week haven’t been there in awhile and received a great dining experience. My server name was Andrew and he was so attentive, was chill and didn’t freak out at the fact he was busy. Came over greeted with a smile and delivered some fire food definitely recommend. Oh and ask for Andrew of course !!

This is probably the 5th or the 6th time they have forgotten to put the gravy with my mashed potatoes. I think they do it on purpose for take-out orders at Reynoldsburg and at Easton location, and trust me, it not fun eating just potatoes and skin all the time!!
