The chicken wasn’t cooked all the way , the breading was white and gooey. They gave me slaw instead of the mashed potatoes and gravy I ordered. This was already a replacement meal from corporate because of an issue at the Lone Oak location. My family and I are done with KFC period. I feel bad for the sweet elderly woman who has to manage that lazy crew. If corporate can’t manage these stores better then maybe it’s time to close them down. The prices are ridiculous enough but at least care about the customer and their hard earned dollar.

Delicious food but the man at the register was patronizing when I tried to place an order as someone with hearing loss. I wrote down my order and he still asked me 3 times out loud if that’s what I wanted. I understand he needed to clarify but after indicating that I couldn’t hear, he should’ve started writing too. He finally wrote to me and it turned out he was just asking me that. SMH. Communication is hard enough without Ableism. Somebody needs to train this man better.

My husband was craving KFC so stopped and ordered him a 3 piece original thigh dinner. He said the thighs were dripping in grease. He could not eat it and very disappointed! Will never go back to Jackson Street KFC again!! 11.00 thrown away.

Would give no stars if I could. Horrible customer service. I was offered old chicken. when I asked for fresh food, the man stated he would not make anything because they are closing soon! I asked what time do you close. He completely ignored me and a coworker had to answer me instead. It was nearly 2 hours before closing! He was very rude the entire time.
