I usually have a good experience with this location. But it has taken over an hour and I’m still currently waiting for my food to arrive. The app said they were here 30 minutes ago and I called 20 mins ago called again a few mins and got put on hold for almost 10 minutes to only be told they one have one driver and lost my order. This is completely unacceptable. Update: I got my food at it was completely cold and my food looked horrible. I got the pepperoni roll ups and they were inedible pictures below. I called back and the person who answered said they have been having Issues all day. He said they would remake the pepperoni roll ups and I called at 9:52 it’s currently 10:33 so 40 minutes and still waiting. If it doesn’t show up tonight I will call and ask for a refund for that item. This was a terrible experience and I don’t think I will be ordering from this location again

Second call to the store I got a young man named Ethan who was absolutely no help couldn’t tell me anything about the order. Asked for a manager. None available.

My fifth grader was given a 40% off coupon by his teacher and he was excited and asked me to go to Papa Johns. I was told a medium pizza after using the coupon was $16.57 with a soda so the original price of a medium stuffed crust pepperoni pizza’s original prize would have been >$30. The signed above said $15 she said that is the sale price and online was listed $13.99. I was given a non-itemized receipt which just said Batch ID 775 $16.57. Did not know what I was charged for if the coupon was taken off. When I talked to the lady, Christina??, she was rude. Even though she had no control over the price, she needs to ring up with items showing clearly and not quoting the wrong price. She should not tell me the prices that are different from the sign and internet. When I told her it cause the inconvenience of checking my bank account to get the refund in a few days, she was rude and told me that I caused the inconvenience for them instead of an apology for making up a receipt. Believe it or not the football pizza comes uncut! On top of that the driver achieved some g force while driving here, so pizza looked very discombobulated. This caused us to use our hand like animals! . Overall good experience but would not recommend.
