I have been doing online group orders from Chipotle for years. I can say with confidence this is the best from start to finish in my experience. The bowls were filled and accurate, it was ready and hot when we arrived. I’ve have numerous experiences where the order was sitting there for a long time before or that the bowl have been sparse. The only downfall is the location being on main street – difficult to park and bring the group inside. If you’re picking up, this is the place to go!

I was ordering food here and I am a vegetarian. When I told them to take off their gloves they made weird faces and looked annoyed. After that they gave me a passive aggressive tone. I wish the service was better and hope it changes. But what I have seen I probably won’t come back until it changes.

Every time I order takeout from this specific chipotle , they always pack my food with the smallest amounts compared to all the chipotles around the area . The chips I bought were barely ¼ of the bag , the burrito bowl was very empty . Go to any other chipotle around , food is always good , portions at this specific one are always horrible

The food wasn’t as good as I was hoping it would be. Everything was warm, not hot (isn’t there a minimum health code temperature?) The chips were not quite fresh. The flavors were a little subdued.

One of the worst services I have ever received. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl for pickup. I even payed extra for extra chicken but when I opened the bowl after reaching home there was not even a single piece of chicken in it!! It is so annoying to find that the main item is missing from the food you ordered. On top of it I reported this back online as a feedback where I gave my cell number and email id to which I haven’t received any response.

The best Chipotle by far! And I’m saying this after our entire order being incorrect. We received Andreas order (sorry Andrea!) which I couldn’t eat due to allergen issues and things were also missing. So we drove out to get it sorted since you can’t call, and the manager was very kind and helpful. We are getting a full refund online, they had it remade (already was made as it was a driver issue), and I got a bonus drink. Delivery is usually plenty and fresh (green guac).
