What’s not to love?! Jimmy Johns is always consistent. Well put-together customized sandwiches delivered quickly. The only negative feedback I have is it seems like the cookies have changed recently, and it’s not for the better. The cookies used to be soft and fresh tasting. The last few times they have been hard and don’t taste as good. Given this I don’t order them anymore.

As a former Jimmy John’s employee of multiple stores, I didn’t know it was possible for staff to move this slowly. There were at least 20 people waiting for their orders, and the leisure with which the four girls on the line were taking was honestly impressive. To be that oblivious and carefree like the whole team is at their own picnic while they have a packed store was a once-in-a-lifetime sight to see. Go here if you enjoy being puzzled or shocked, but not if you have anywhere to be the next day.

Ate here several times. Freaky fast not the way this store works. On my lunch hour it took 35 min to get my food. Not giving out an order number and just calling sandwiches that are being made and ready confuses every customer every time I go to a Jimmy John’s.

Went in to order my sandwich. My sandwich was placed on the counter and was told to have a great day. I asked do I bag it myself and was told yes. I’ve never experienced this type of service at any other Jimmy John’s I’ve visited.

It took the Portage Indiana Jimmy Johns an hour and 15 mins to deliver my food. I realize they were busy but at least offer a coupon or something. I got sorry it’s out for delivery with 6 other deliveries. Not a happy customer
