I ordered two orders of wings & two drinks for delivery that took over a hour & a half to get here, i live 15 mins away…. the drinks weren’t filled all the way and watered down. My order of 10 wings had 8 wings and two “wings” that was just crust and no chicken. The ranch had hair in BOTH containers. On top of that the fries were spilled in the bag everywhere because someone put EVERYTHING in sideways.

The young lady that was working the extremely busy front end of things was absolutely amazing along with the rest of the crew working today 07.03.2022. They were working hard and together, the customer service was just as impressive. Even though we live in Saginaw where there is a closer Wingstop, we still drive out to lake worth to get our food from this establishment instead. The food is always fresh and hot, fills us up, and is delicious in every way. We appreciate the hard work these workers put in here to make this great experience happen over and over again.

Took off early from work to get a missing part of an order. Waited in line for 30 minutes before getting any kind of customer service. Was planning on adding to my missing but couldn’t because they closed the registers while I was waiting in line. Finally got my missing wings, after the 20 minute drive bit into the wings and all of them were severely over cooked! So much to the point I could only eat about half of the meat. I have never had such poor customer service for the most horrible wings I have ever had!

Placed an order online came in with one other person waiting for an order in front of me. Waited 30 minutes for 15 wings. Super Smokey inside and flies everywhere homeless guy came in asking for money. 4 of the wings were rock solid can’t chew. 1 of the “wings” was just breading no chicken. Almost no sauce on my wings. Waited that long after ordering an hour in advance for at least 1/3 of my wings to be very disappointing to say the least. $19 for all of that is beyond me

Waited in line for almost two hours to pick up an online order. I wasn’t the only one, the lobby was FULL of customers that were also waiting for food. There were customers in line that had been waiting for hours. She also kept telling customers there was no ranch. There were 2 cooks, 1 messing with the oil and the cashier was not even attending the customers, AND was VERY RUDE. I didn’t catch her name but her hair was in a bun with red and black. Orders were taking so long to come out. Never coming to lake worth, tx location again.

Paid for drinks and didn’t get them. The lady proceeded to say she was fixing the fountain drink machine and never did. She didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know she had no intentions to fix it. I waited 10 min until another customer told me they weren’t fixing anything. No refund or anything. Horrible place. Never going back.
