Honestly not sure why so many other reviews are negative. I had no issues with customer service. I had to wait a few minutes, as Chili’s is handling their own orders as well as orders for Just Wings. But my food was hot and fresh so I have no problem waiting. Fries were crispy, wings have a great flavor. My only complaint is I wish they were fried harder. Other than that, great value for what you pay, especially with wing prices going up. Similar to a Wing Stop experience, but for the price, I prefer Just Wings.

Called what i thought was a Wing Specialty Restaurant only to find out: “ITS JUST CHILI’S” which has been a horrible experience on both of my last 2 visits. Wrong food, wrong wing sauces, 1 hour wait time, which we just took the food home at that point.
