Ordered orange chicken and general chicken, both with $2 extra veggies option. In the general chicken I got a total of 3(!) pieces of very very very salty broccoli, and probably 6/7 small pieces of celery and two pieces of thin carrot. (I would hate to see what the normal vegetable haul is!). Now on to the chicken, general chicken was ordered hot (which is was not) I think the only difference was 4 pieces of chili peppers that were not even a little spicy, general sauce was way too sweet as well. Orange crispy chicken had no taste or orange (absolutely none!) and the chicken was not crispy, soggy at best. Both chicken orders were the typical breaded chicken but the quality of the meat to bread was not good, gave it that soggy gross texture that too many places have in our area. We will not go there again.

I ordered through Uber eats. I received pork with mushrooms instead of beef with mushrooms. I asked for no peas or carrots in rice and got peas and carrots in my rice. They did not provide chopsticks or utensils as requested. No hot mustard either.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!! I tried to place an order over the phone and they hung up on me before I could finish telling them my order. A different worker called me back and called me a “bitch” over the phone because I no longer wanted my order since they didn’t even let me finish ordering. I am in shock after this experience, no matter what the situation is that is not how you treat a customer.

Was late for TWO combination plates one Sunday 7pm (arrived 6:50pm)when on website clearly says they close at 9 and the older Asian lady was absolutely grossly RUDE I have never ever received such horrible customer service if I could vote they be shut down I would!!! Incredibly unprofessional attitude and lack of compassion nor reasonable explanation !!!! I had a friend of mine order FOUR combination plates and it happened she asked me to go pick up(she placed her order with her phone number) when I walked in and very rude older absurd looking woman asked me the phone number and that placed order, I mistakenly started to give her MY NUMBER not the one my friend placed because it was infact her order. She immediately started getting verbally harassing me while kicking me out the restaurant for ever!!!! I MEAN ARE YOU SERIOUS OVER TWO COMBINATION plates !!!!?!?!!??

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Has been a family favorite for generations. My parents have gone here since I was a small child and now I take my children whenever possible. The food and service has always been amazing. This is the spot for exquisite Chinese food.

Booked the back room for 15 of my family for a birthday dinner. We had the room all to ourselves. Our server was attentive and helpful. We ordered several dishes to share family style and they were all delicious! Fresh and hot, spiced just right. We love Golden Dragon and they did not disappoint.
