The wings are pretty good and the fries are good also. The staff was friendly, but we only had 1 person in front of us, and it still took 30 minutes to get our food. I know they have online orders and pick up orders to fill, but 30 minutes is way too long.

Me and my boyfriend came here with our medium size dog, wanting to dine in for lunch. My boyfriend placed an order and went to the bakery next door to buy coffee while I went and grabbed a table. My dog was sitting next to me when, whom I’m assuming is the manager, someone came and asked quite aggressively “is that a service dog because you can’t be here if it’s not”. I was taken aback but decided to avoid escalating the situation, I told her “no worries we’ll take our order to go”. I’m waiting by the front for my order with my dog sitting then laying very calming and I hear the manager telling her staff off for “allowing a dog inside her store” and “go clean that table since the dog climbed on it”(my dog did not). I felt like the manager exaggerated the situation over nothing, especially when there was only one customer dining and I intentionally picked a table very far away from them to give them a peaceful time, in addition to there not being a sign in front of “her store” that stated “no dogs allowed” or “service animals only”. Great first experience. Will not be coming back here again.

The atomic flavor is so bad that you couldn’t pay me to eat it. The spice isn’t what makes you back out it’s just how the taste is like vomit. They could at least make something super spicy edible. They also always spell your name wrong and i waited 30min for an order of fries

Worst wingstop I’ve ever been to!! Rude and useless employees. Socializing instead of working. Listening to loud music and dancing instead of getting meals ready. Using their phones instead of making sure the takeout orders are ready. Food is terrible, service is worse. Orders are usually wrong and the place is dirty. I went to wingstop randomly as I didn’t even know this was here. I mango habanero and the cajun wings are the 2 flavors I like from wingstop and I like the blue cheese dipping sauce. I like the carrots instead of french fries for obvious reasons and then swallow this with a diet coke. The atomic sauce is a little hot. Most places in Miami, hot is a tourist thing. The atomic sauce here is actually hot so I got the next hottest thing which was the mango habanero. Very good sauce options here

He always goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. Let me start out with the wings were good. We ordered on the app and got soggy fries. Took them back and they gave me back limp fries again. Third time was a charm. We went there on wing day. We ordered the promo. It was on the receipt but we did not get them. I live quite a ways away and wasn’t going back for $6 worth of wings. Ask for your order constantly – there is no communication my order was on the shelf. No one called it out. None of the orders were called out. You have to harass them to get your order. I will not be going back. Also 20 wings deserves more than one blue cheese.
