The lady who helped us at counter was very friendly. But I will say that I’ve used my points twice for breadsticks and I’ve had points deducted from rewards but I didn’t receive. I did get a call from one store I ordered from that they forgot and I could come pick it up that it was ready, but it was late, I was already home, and I lived 20 min away. It wasn’t worth going back. But other than that, pizza hut pizza is the bombdiggidy!

The last three times I’ve ordered there, there hasn’t been any sauce on the pizza. Everyone looked at the pizza each time and asked, “where is the sauce at”? Thought maybe I was just getting screwed over but it seems like it’s pretty consistent at this location. Thankfully there are other options in the area.

I went ahead and ordered a thin-n-crispy pepperoni pizza. It was good. It wasn’t the best. Their recipe has changed over the years. Sometimes it’s great and other times it’s not. However, it looked very busy on a Saturday night with 10+ workers behind the counter. The employees were busy, but kind and polite. It’s hot or miss sometimes with taste. I still love Pizza Hutt!

I found the number online called and a call center for pizza hut answered not the store I told her I was calling the Milton,FL store and she transferred me to the Flomation,Alabama store I placed my order then drove to the Milton store to find out they didn’t have my order the lady working there was very helpful made my order as fast as they could and gave me a discount. The store was great the call center was horrible if I live in Milton and ask for the Milton store why would you transfer me to Flomation,ALABAMA?????

Disgusting. Haven’t eaten here in 20 years but I thought it was where my grandson wanted to go. This was the day of the fire on the bridge and I couldn’t pick him up until 7 pm. All they cared about was getting the deliveries ready. I know we waited an hour. The pizzas were stale and disgusting. We threw both pizzas out and stopped for fast food. Never again. Marcos is the only place we will ever go.
