They keep it so cold in there that the food is served cold. They moved us to 3 tables before we found one that was not broke. And here is how my food was served. It supposed to be chicken bacon ranch fries with melted cheese. I will not be back. Come to Big Wiskeys in Bentonville, ten times better run and served in a comfortable environment.

Pretty overpriced for what it is. First time I came here it was 19 dollars for 12 wings that were all pretty small wings. Second time I come here I ordered buffalo chicken and ranch sandwich and wanted to add a soup to my order because in that section of the menu it says you can, apparently you cannot add soup with a chicken sandwich. Bad food, bad prices, bad menu advertising. Won’t be back a third time and I shouldn’t have gave it a second chance.

This was our first time to visit a BW restaurant. We were hungry for steak and Tasha made our experience wonderful. She was handling the bar and the dining room. Hats off to Tasha! She knows her steaks and the menu. The steak was delicious and tender, my honey ordered the pork chops and they were really good too! We will visit a Big Whiskey again I gave a 4 star on the food as the zucchini and yellow squash were soggy.

I travel for work & almost didn’t come because the one in Little Rock, where I live, is horrible. I’m glad I did. The food and service are so much better! The day bartender was excellent & so was Tasha. This is now my “when I’m in town” spot for sure!

Desiree, one of the two servers was great and had our food ready for pickup. However, they were very understaffed for FOH. The kitchen completely messed our order up. I explicitly asked for no pickles and the first bite it took was full of pickles, I asked for a side of ranch and they forgot it. My friends order was their buffalo chicken sandwich and they gave him a grilled bbq chicken sandwich. For a corporation, they could be doing a lot more for their franchises instead of opening several locations and pinching pennies.
