I have not had very good experience with this sonic any time we have went. I have used the app a hand full of times and every time we do it takes atleast 30 minutes to get our order and then atleast 3 of the times they didn’t bring out all of our food and I had to press the button in the stall to get the rest of it. The first couple times it happened I let it go because they were busy and stuff happens. Then i decided not to go back for a while and give it time. My husband decided to give them a try this morning and ordered 2 cheeseburgers with only cheese and ketchup and both the burgers had no cheese. He also ordered a crispy chicken sandwich add cheese and the chicken was not fully cooked. I tried to call about the chicken to let them know incase they need to check their fryers and no answer. I usually do not leave reviews on google but to spend $33 and over half the order wrong and part of it not edible is not good business.

I’d love to give them a better review but honestly it’s always hit or miss on wether or not the food is good, I’ve gotten some pretty burnt burgers, and poorly made cheese tots etc ( I’ve worked at sonic before not sure if that makes me biased or not ) but on top of that I’ve had to wait an egregiously long amount of time for orders multiple times, most recently 10 minutes for two teas
