Ordered Gino’s original breaded wings and received these naked, flavorless, fatty wings. The pubwich was so haphazardly thrown together they put the cheese side out. Paid almost $40 for this low quality. Never again.

Ordered a pubwich online and paid online for it. Went to pick it up 10 min later and person at the window wanted me to pay again. Advised I paid online and no issues after that as far as payment. Drove 5 min to my house to eat. Found the food to be stone cold and no one even bothered to cut it at all. This is my 2nd bad experience at this location since it reopened.

Gino’s is always a great place to go! Their pizza is great (as are their other options- I love their hot ham and cheese and the calzone. Onion rings are great too) and pretty affordable. It has a cozy vibe and usually (from my experience) has few people seated.

I wanted to place an order and whoever answered the phone would not respond. It sounded like they were slamming the phone on the wall. I got nothing. When I drove by, one car was on the lot. Steadily going down hill.
