8/10 times I get the wrong order in the drive thru. If I’m in a rush and can’t check it sucks. When I have had time to check, walking into the store for the food I paid for seems like the biggest inconvenience and a waste of their time. the second window of drive thru is not necessarily rude… but usually they just shove the food through the window and robot-ly say have a good day.

Rating the service ah could’ve better but when the business is designed to be ruthlessly efficient to maximize on volume and efficiency to maximize profits but failing to increase the crews wages perspectively to keep pace in today’s competitive market gives me a whole new respect for the veterans of this place who deal with the⁰ new crew members each week due to less than average wages. Absolutely disgusting. The manager went out to smoke and came back in with out washing his hands and started to touch the fries with no gloves. The man cooking the food had no gloves on. When we confronted the manager he was extremely rude and just walked away.

Went to drive thru. If I wanted to talk to a damned ROBOT, I’d call my utilities company. I did not complete my order, drove off, won’t be back again. If you are unable to train folks to take orders, then that sounds like a TRAINING ISSUE that needs resolved.
