Pizza is quality for Little Caesar’s. Service is on par with Little Caesar’s, which means it’s real low. I give ratings based on what I’m eating. I don’t expect fancy from a simple place. So the food from here was five stars. The service, however, was one star. They tried to short me $10 worth of my $30 order. The manager also looked confused I was in the shop at 4 PM on a Saturday. It took them 45 minutes to make two pizzas and crazy bread. By the way, the brownies are pre-packaged and stored in the back. So just know that. It’s not a warm treat that tastes homemade. The place is clean despite the bad shopping center it’s in and the questionable people hanging around it. Would eat here again and hope service is at least slightly better.

Came in Friday afternoon and dropped off an order for 10 pizzas cashier gave it to the manager and he/she did not put it in the system came in Saturday to pick up my order and it was not ready and the manager said she never seen a paper and our order was not in the system. She made the order for me but kept saying she didn’t like to be rushed and that this would put her behind (was that my fault NO) she rang my order up no discount, nothing. The pizzas were good and hot but I will think again before I give them my business

This place consistently has the worst customer service, there are always new people working and the new batch of workers is worst than the last. I don’t go here often but this time was the last straw. Waited over an hour for our pizza because it was already paid for just for the kid working the register to tell us they don’t know where our food is, how to look up our order or how to refund. Then told us he was brand new and it was supposed to be his day off and walked out, I feel for em but something needs to be done with management at this location

Horrible experience here – ordered on app and when I arrived at the store, pizza was not ready. Waited 10 minutes as directed by employee and still no pizza. After 30+ minutes of waiting I still never received my pizza nor was I able to get a refund because the manager or head person walked out frustrated. I was yelled at by this same person and directed to see “there is no one working”, which I understood so I just requested a refund so I could purchase pizza elsewhere for my children. Ended up leaving with no pizza or my money and can’t get anyone on the phone either.

Staff in the parking lot when I arrived. When I got home opened pizza box the pizza was raw, the pepperoni was thrown in clumps on top and slices were cut from supper thin to1/4 of the whole pie. I baked in my oven at 400 degrees for 11 minutes to be edible.

Had a whole room of people due to system error. That I understand but after waiting 30-45 mins It’s finally my turn and they ring me up for a crazy bread. Two of them. And I received Italian cheese bread. I can’t eat Italian cheese bread to salty and I was not good back to the store. Not enough workers. Poor customer service and store was nasty

This little ceasers establishment is a HOT MESS! NEVER HAVE ANY PIZZA ALREADY MADE! THEN TAKES FOREVER TO MAKE YOUR ORDER! THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN AT 12:55 INSTEAD CUSTOMERS INSIDE AND SIGN ON DOOR SAYING CLOSED! 8-5-23 WHAT IN THE H@LL IS GOING ON? THIS IS CRAZY! This place has been going downhill for the past few years. Today is the day I stop getting pizza here. Their square pizza was grossly undercooked, same for the breadsticks. The round pizza was burnt. Don’t go here for dinner. Get domino’s nearby, or papa johns, pizza hut. They cost a little more but you should definitely not go here until the store gets new management!
