So delicious always fresh never Frozen also they have keto friendly products and gluten-free products. So a plus plus. Pizza dough had no yeast in the crust…they knew about yet still sent the pizza out. Called they stated they knew about if but didn’t feel like they needed to fix the problem and then we had chewed marshmallow on our smore bars..this is the worst restaurant around…you want people to have patience then be accountable for the people you hire and what they put out for product

I ordered online (from about 30 miles away) and was told the 4 pizzas, 2 desserts and 4 half liter sodas would be ready in 34 minutes. We got there almost exactly at that time and the store had only received the order 5 minutes before we got there. We had to wait and they were out of the root beer I had ordered. They said they could not refund the root beer because I had ordered online. This individual store was fine and did their best to expedite the order but Papa Murphy’s online system needs work. It shouldn’t have taken 25 minutes for them to get my order. We were on our way to another town and promised to bring supper so everyone had to wait for us while the rest of the meal was all ready.

I have gotten pizza at the Menomonie WI location for years. I tried calling ahead for my pizza order but the phones were not on after 20 minutes l drove to the location to see if they were open. They told me there was only 3 employees working they must have taken the phone off line. Not enough people to answer the phone. No one appeared to know what they were doing. After 20 minutes they finally got my pizza started. Clearly no manager was in the store at the time. Very disappointed in my visit they need to get more help!

Absolute worse service EVER! Called in an order for 2 pizzas, get there 25 minutes later, they only had one made, and had no recall of 2 pizzas being ordered. The girl that took the order over the phone was very rude. One would think that when you mess up an order that bad, you’d offer a discount or something. Instead, I got attitude from 3 of the workers that CLEARLY have no business in customer service. Will not be back and will let all our friends know about our experience

They have a good group of kids working here and they’ve grown a lot as a food service team over the past couple of months. As of last week, however, their app automatically adds a tip PLUS THEIR PRICES WENT UP. “Ten Dollar Tuesday” is now “Twelve Dollar Tuesday” despite the fact that all the advertising still boasts a large pizza is TEN dollars. It appears that other PMs in the area still offer a large pizza for $10 TUESDAY. This feels like a bait and switch!
