Every time I’ve come here my coffee and order has been great and given to me quickly, however working in the customer service field I’m really disappointed with the customer service at this location. I come here often, a few times a week. I’ve never been asked how I was once. It’s always “what can I get you” “what else” never have a good day or a friendly smile or anything of that nature. It seems like they never want to deal with me I just got my coffee there right now and they went to hand me a receipt and told them I did not need it and instead of saying have a nice day the window is shut in my face. Ultimately the coffee and food is always good but I believe their customer service needs work as there employees 10 times out of ten have been rude

Worst dunkin ive ever been too. Had to repeat my order 4 times before she got it correct. I asked for a medium vanilla ice latte with one pump liquid sugar and cold foam and mind u ive worked in customer service for 5 yrs so i spoke very clearly and she continued to repeat back caramel ice latte. Once we got to the window they refused to give me a receipt and never put a sticker on my cup of my order as well as gave me an attitude and said we were very rude. ?? How was i rude when we were given attitude from the start? All i wanted was my coffee correctly made. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE. Ill go to a different location or starbucks across the street. Yall need to be shut down for how bad the customer service is as well as u never get anyones orders correct.

The Hot Chocolate and Donuts were Great as usual! They can get pretty busy at times but the like usually moves pretty fast. It’s definitely worth getting the Dunkin App, you can order ahead plus it’s real easy to get free stuff through it also. You won’t regret the visit!

Trash. The girl who took our order had to ask twice what we ordered. Sat there in silence half the time because she didn’t ask if we needed anything else. I eventually had to say “hello?” And they STILL got our order completely wrong.Not the first bad experience I’ve had here. Gave them the benefit of the doubt today but look what happened..

This location is awful. We were there tonight around 6:35pm, and were also the only customers at the time. We placed our order through the drive thru, and the employee clearly sounded like we were an inconvenience. Well, once we got to the window we noticed that the employee that took our order was stuffing a bagel in her mouth. We immediately saw another employee hand her our coffees. We sat there and waited as she continued to ignore us, eat her bagel, and take the other drive thru orders that have now built up behind us. We ended up driving off because we were so aggravated with the lack of professionalism at this location. Definitely don’t recommend.
