Our stop at this BK was well worth it. The gentleman who took our order (Russel) was so sweet and hollered out our orders like an original fast food restaurant would have done. It was very entertaining. This man was taking orders at the counter, bagging food and running fresh food out to vehicles that needed to pull up to wait on their food to be made. After waiting in the drive thru for a while with no answer, we pulled around went in and ordered. Couple guys before me done the same, along with someone after us. Service was extremely slow, when we got our food, the cheese was barely on the sandwich. Had a taco without anything in it. Worst Burger King visit. Today I was having a particularly hard day and I ordered my food online so I got I’m the drive through In Louisburg, Kansas the absolute sweetest, outgoing, friendly man on the speaker was awesome, I’m not sure what his name is but he’s an older gentleman that gives out crowns and tells the ladies we are queens and it absolutely made my day, you should absolutely have him train ALL of your employees. Any who I just wanted to let the management know they have a true gem of an employee!!!

I got myself a Bacon King from this location, got to the car; went to eat it and I found numerous long hairs in my Burger. Has been deemed “Not for human consumption”. Which in my opinion isn’t really a tragedy, since it is Burger King we are talking about.

Wabbit Rabbit
Burger King just tried charging me nine dollars for a number three which is the impossible whopper. Just a sandwich nothing meal no lettuce. I told the lady the menu says seven dollars for the meal. How is it nine dollars for just the sandwich and she kept arguing with me, so I drove off.
