There was a big order that I had to pick up and the employees were very very nice and helpful. I had big drinks to carry to my car and the one employee asked if she could help me carry the half gallons and I said yes..it really helped a lot. Really nice of her and got Extra cups.very nice atmosphere very nice food wonderful place to eat.

Great shop for a cheesesteak. The meat and onions are chopped (not slices) and the sandwich comes out very cheesy! They offer a variety of sizes to fit any appetite. Best of all they have vegetarian options for both a cheesesteak and a turkey sub.

We’ve been to several other Capriotti’s in the past and this one lived up to all expectations. The staff knew the menu from memory when asked questions and the preparation and taste were above reproach. This one is definitely worth a visit.

The service was good but Italian cold cut sub was lacking. It was mostly lettuce and onion lacking the meat and cheese! Very disappointed! We always had good subs from here before.

I got one of their signature subs, the Bobbie (I think that’s it’s name), overall it was ok. The turkey was definitely dry and there wasn’t enough cranberry sauce to balance it out. The sub that they used though was good and did taste fresh. Service was pretty fast too. Decent enough place if you’re in the mood for a sub.

Spent 45$ for 2 large grilled Italians and I’m so disappointed. We’ve gone to Capriottis for over 20 years and we will never go back again. Last time I went, I was underwhelmed and might have been in denial so I tried again. No meat and just not good. So sad about it.

I ordered a grilled Italian sub for lunch today. I ordered it with several toppings and peppers on the side. I am very happy with my order, it was excellent and very filling. When I went in to pick up my order I was greeted by a friendly employee named Gabby. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon.
