Very bad service at this truck stop lady who took our order was pressuring us to basically leave because they were closing when they had 20 min to close had to sit outside due to bad attitude treated other customers the same way which was their second time being treated that way aside from this bad behavior didn’t put any condiments on our order this way my second time experiencing this type of behavior with these people

On 4-24-2023 I saw an employee that was using the restroom and after himself he just stepped out and went straight to the kitchen… I finished washing my hands and followed him, it took me less that 20 seconds.. when I saw the kitchen crew.. he was already having a conversation with him… that made me think that he never washed his hands in the kitchen either and this is very disgusting. I brought it up to management and apparently was taken care of… but I am not happy to buy food here anymore.

I get a 15 & 30 min break, not much time for anything. App selected pick up at counter instead of drive thru, I didn’t notice until I was already there, and it wouldn’t let me change it. I let the girl know in drive thru since I was already there, and she stated they couldn’t give it to me unless I went inside. There was no line in drive thru, just one car, so while we were waiting they could have pressed the little button at the front counter. and handed me the bag in drive thru. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this McDonald’s. Wait times can be long, and basic customer service is usually non existent.

The Hispanic lady working the bagging station, around 4:30pm on June 9th, had the worst attitude out of everyone there. Constantly talking mess about everyone, mostly about the nice guy with glasses working the register. Dude was just trying to help, he didn’t need to be yelled at. We all have bad days, I keep mine to myself. Not 1 smile in the entire crew. Just a dismal work environment all together. Food was good but slow, restaurant was clean.

When your sign says you open at 5am you should open at 5am. Otherwise change your sign. Located in a truck stop you should know that there will be drivers leaving out early looking for a quick something for breakfast. It’s not like we can just whip on over to another mcdonalds or somewhere

One of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve ever been to. The customer service is horrible. All of the employees are rude and seem extremely miserable including the awful manager. They could all stand to take a class on customer service. Food always tasted bad especially the burgers and coffee. Wait times and drive thru times are incredibly long. The worst location with even worse employees.
