I’ve been in an abusive relationship with this kfc/Taco Bell for over two decades. I wish I could quit them but sadly I love fried chicken and tacos way too much. The restaurant, much like our relationship, has its ups and downs. The good times are good and the bad times are bad. Currently we are in a slump. If you go when the young kids are working, you might as well roll the dice to see what you end up with. Could get tacos, could get chicken. Maybe everything you paid for is in the bag and maybe you get all the way home only to find out someone doesn’t get to have KFC for dinner. PB&J’s all around. I get it, teenagers don’t care about customer service but if I had a dollar for every time I got a chicken sandwich with the worlds crunchiest bun and the saddest chicken strip, then I could open my own franchise. I ask for a chicken little sandwich and they find that shriveled chicken strip that’s been hiding out in the warmer for a week paired with a bun that could double as a brick. Delicious. If you go when the “grownups” are working, then you have a chance. Also the taco beef is grade “D” which basically means it is one step up from dog food and is the lowest grade you can legally sell to humans. I mean I’m still going to eat it but wanted you to know.

Horrible experience. Just moved into our new house all day long, decided to get KFC to celebrate moving to KY! We sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before being rudely told to “just come to the first window,” then we tried ordering, which was met with rudeness, and literally handed them our card to pay, when they finally said “oh our KFC chef went home all we have is Taco Bell do you want Taco Bell?” like bro no. Worst experience ever, we left.

They charge 1 dollar for a medium tap water. There was three cars in line and it took 20 minutes to get 2 tacos. It’s like this all the time. 80 percent of the time I don’t get napkins. I got all lettuce on my tacos, no meet. I will never go there again. They run out ofchicken 2 to 3 hours before they close as well. Put a different restaurant there

Pulled up to order and an employee came out and stated they were wiped out of food prepping and was not taking anymore orders. So needless to say my experience was not good. I’m not sure if this is a management problem or staffing or all of the above. I don’t recommend it! It was not professional.

This place has steadily gone downhill. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but sometimes it’s needed. I keep getting original recipe and it will be too crunchy to chew and yet have raw batter inside. Tonight I got chicken soo greasy it was puddled on the Chicken and in the box, & the meat tasted like grease here’s a pic of the napkin used to absorb off the Chicken and of the puddle of grease in the box
