I was in town for a sports event, stopped to get something to eat before heading back home. This place was not a good experience. If I ever have to attend another sports event in Torrington, I will not be stopping for food there again. The lady was rude as all, wouldn’t listen to a single word I said the first, or second time. Third time I spoke slowly and loud enough that there shouldn’t be a problem understanding. I’ve never seen an Arby’s ran so poorly. I know she could have been better to us because I watched her do fine with the young girl before my family and then the other people after us as well. After she gave the food ordered, she still couldn’t figure how to give out what we order. I asked her for the rest and she didn’t listen to me at all. She ended bringing one thing that we ordered out slamming it on the counter. I had to ask a different employee for the rest as the first lady ignored me as I stood there waiting for help. Rebecca do better and don’t take out your unhappiness on customer’s, as they are the one’s that truly pay your bills by coming in. If you don’t like your job then I suggest you change it.

Always friendly staff, food is good if you are an Arby’s fan 🙂 only reason it’s not a five star is due to the prices. It’s not a fast food restaurant that you can expect a cheap meal or feed a family cheaper than a dine in restaurant.
