Ordered a turkey burger plus more from fusions restaurant through Uber. They didn’t get my order correct. I called and I was told its the weekend and they were busy so they gave me what came on the burger than what I wanted. That also went for the ginger ale I ordered and so I recieved a Tahitian Treat cause its the weekend. I was told I had to pay extra for the extra toppings I ordered. I stated that I was unaware and that when I usually ordered I would get a courtesy call so they could get what I ordered correct. I was then told courtesy calls are not done on the days they are busy and that Uber would have to correct my order. I then stated my mushrooms were burnt I was then put on hold……….. Can you say upset!

Y’all dead MF’N wrong the timing we waited for our food (over 45minutes) & for preparing my gf scampi dinner so HORRIBLY!! It smelled like the shrimp had been left out far too long and they still cooked them and it had a taste that made you gag!! Won’t be going back!

The food is good so I tried to overlook the poor customer service whenever you call to place an order if you can even get someone to pick up they tell you it’s going to be 20 minutes but it always takes an hour they also advertise they deliver but whenever you try to get something delivered they tell you there is no driver but again I overlooked these things because the food is good they advertise they close at 9 p.m. I called at 8:35 to try and place an order for pickup he answers the phone doesn’t say hello or anything says we close in 5 minutes I say I thought you guys didn’t close until 9 so with an attitude he says again I said we close in five minutes so I hung up they will never get any more of my money and I was eating there very often they won’t be in business long with that poor customer service
