First time eating a Firehouse sub. I really appreciated the firemen/first responder photos and memorabilia on the wall. The quality of the food surpasses Subway easily. The bread alone is delicious and ingredients tasted fresh!

We loved the Pinellas Park firehouse so we tried this one while visiting spring Hell. We were quite excited to eat here. The workers were not very friendly. The sandwiches had less ingredients than what we were used to. Seemed thrown together and rushed. Out of pickles! Maybe next time…

The rating has nothing to do with the staff or the service I experienced. This rating is simply based on preference. The cashier was very attentive and detail oriented. The staff worked efficiently and quickly. It was actually a pleasure to see them work so well. Finally, the order was correct.

price is too much tbh but it’s not locally owned so freak you firehouse subs co.! $10 for a regular that’s the same size as a subway 6-inch is crazy. Anyway, the employees here are really nice and they did great on my Jamaican Jerk Turkey Sandwich. I recommend the sandwich 10/10. Tip the employees 🙂

Firehouse subs is my husbands favorite sandwich place. Long story short he is very sick and he asked me if I would get him his favorite sub. When I was picking up the order I got asked for a tip. Never before have we had any complaints. He took a bite of his sandwich and was disgusted. He said the meat tasted sour and old. There was also a hair on it!!! When I called the employee said she would remake it or give me 50% off my next visit. We are never coming back to this location again. Absolutely unacceptable. I called back again and was firm and requested a refund. I was only offered a refund for the one sandwich. The other one was thrown in the trash as well. So I am posting this review because the food and the customer service was trash.

Extremely disappointed. Not much meat and it was shredded tiny pieces, cheese was such small pieces I was embrassed for you. We cut it into 4 pieces a large sub and it would not stay upright everything was on one side just thrown together. I gave you 5 stars 3 years ago so something went down hill fast. Way iver priced for what uou get. We will not be back.

This is an expensive place to get a sandwich. I had a coupon for $2 off a large sub combo. The combo is on sale for $10 so I figured I’d pay around $8. Unfortunately they would not let me use my discount card coupon on the sub. So basically having a discount card save me nothing. That is not a customer-friendly policy. The food is okay but nothing to brag about. I will say that the ladies who were working in there were friendly and polite. Not a place that I will be going back anytime soon.
