I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. It is supposed to take 20-30 mins. At this point, it has been an hour and 15 mins. My online order says delivery, but no order has arrived. When I called to question, “Where’s my food, and what’s going on?” They blew me off and said they had multiple orders, and my food would be here shortly…that was 15 mins ago.

I ordered my food and it’s taking them almost 2 hours to deliver when it’s down the road. When I called into the store to get an ETA and why it was taking so long I just got rude remarks and no help other than “he left already”. This is unacceptable that it took this amount of time to deliver one thing. I will not be a returning customer.

Let me start by saying that I was eating the best sandwich I have ever had at a JJ, that’s when I noticed the kid behind the counter bagging food and poring drinks for take out orders was eating a donut off the counter. He never washed his hands and continued eating until he finished his donut bagging food in between bites and making drinks for orders. I won’t be back and I hope that this will help others to avoid this location and or get the attention of the owner. Merry Christmas! 🙂
