I had the privilege of dining at Trenta this Sunday, on Mothers Day. This was my first experience dining at this lovely restaurant. The moment I entered, I was immediately impressed with the ambiance and aesthetically pleasing charm this restaurant has to offer. Trenta has a gorgeous bar, separate from the dining room, rustic decor, beautiful tablecloths, napkins and small details like fresh flowers and lit candles on each table. We had a reservation for Mother’s day and we were promptly greeted by Jill, who was so warm and welcoming. Our server, Felicia was wonderful! She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. She answered our questions thoughtfully and presented the specials upon arrival. We ordered two signature cocktails: a gin fizz and watermelon cucumber spritzer that were made by the fabulous bartender, Sara. They were absolutely delicious and garnished beautifully with tiny flowers, perfect for a warm spring day.

It’s beautiful inside, our waitress was very attentive, the food was AMAZING! The chief even came out to see how everything was. We will definitely be going back We got the meatballs, gravy balls for an appetizer, and the duck and pork for an entree.

The food and atmosphere here were amazing! Each dish had such a balanced and unique flavor profile. I loved the wood-burning fireplace and cozy vibe. The staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. I highly recommend the tempura squash!

The presentation was impeccable. I was just looking for a bit more flavor. Like a pinch of salt can change a dish, I was needing a bit more of that vibrancy. The halibut was cooked to perfection. I will definitely go back in hopes of adding the final star.

Trenta has a great atmosphere. We got the charcuterie plate and it was good. We asked for an order of tater tots and they were overpriced. My dry aged steak was cold and was flavorful but could’ve been dry aged longer. Our server wasn’t trained enough and was slow. The food was overpriced.

I wish I could review lower. The menu was very small and very pathetic. The salmon gnocchi is lox from the store and frozen gnocchi. 5 clams a dish for fettuccine dish. Steak was raw when I asked for medium rare. The chicken is the only thing that tasted good. I would have complained about the food but our server wasn’t attentive at all. Eat here if you want to leave hungry. Oh by the way the wine tasted very watered down. I’d rate lower if I could.

Uninspiring. Duck spring rolls tasteless -,and very greasy. Steak frites came out cold, frites were under gobs of flatiron steak ( tough – our guest boxed hers for their dog ) so frites were soggy. My wife’s ‘mergez’ meatballs were likely re-heats. We were really looking forward to a new and good eating experience – struck out. No bread served

Tried Trenta for the first time the other night and it was nothing short of amazing! The bolognese was amazing and same with the carbonara. The bartender, Sarah, was incredible and super nice to talk with. I highly recommend anyone check this place out!
