It was the second time I used Just Wings; the first time I used them I was very happy with my order. This time? Not so much. The food was very dry and greasy. I literally blocked it from my mind until Google asked for a review of Just Wings. Will I use the service again? Maybe. At the moment? The answer is no.

They are extremely selfish when it comes to putting sauce on the chicken. Everytime i order from them, i get the apple bbq chicken. And when i first time have gotten it, the chicken was drowned, smothered with the sauce and i was able to dip the fries in it and thats exactly how i and my family like it! But when i ordered after that time, the chicken will be extremely dry, lack of sauce, taste too plain and my food been like this everytime i get it. I will not recommend this place to anyone at all. They apparently give you what they want to give you and its entirely the opposite of what you see and expect to recieve!! Unless my order or anyone else’s order of who may have the same issue i have, because i actually do like the food here but only with the sauce thats being used on the chicken, I hope when i order here again i always get what i have the first time!! Until then i will rate this a 1 star i feel that it deserves!!

Ordered wings with extra sauce on the side and a dessert. The chicken wings were as dry as possible, no sauce on them, absolutely no flavor. They are using this restaurant as a disguise for Chilis. They are the worst wings I have ever had. Had 2 and threw them away. They also forgot my dessert and extra sauce.

Okay, so I’m normally not one to seriously complain. But to start with “It’s Just Wings” doesn’t exist. This location is just the Chillis on Abercorn. Second, I waited half an hour for 2 appetizers. I just wanted some boneless wings to bring home for the family. Like not a big order. I asked for an ETA about 25 minutes into the wait and they said it’ll be out shortly. I understand the service industry can be pretty busy, so I get that part. But my food came out cold. I mean like COLD cold. It was like they put in a refrigerator for the entire time I was waiting. I paid $30 for a 30 minute wait and cold food. I took them home and heated them back up in the oven. Made it salvageable. I wouldn’t recommend, try something else.

Ordered through DoorDash when I got my food the wings were undercooked near raw. The flavor was horrible… imagine bitting into your food and seeing it one degree past still bleeding. Never again! Then the unwillingness to correct the issue because, I waited till the next day to complain. I was working so I waited. However, I still had the full plate as proof. Never Again!!!

This is not a wing restaurant – it’s Chili’s. Your order will not be prepared on time or cooked well, and you will need to go inside to get it, otherwise you will be waiting a long time for curbside when your order is sitting right beside the door. There are obviously some holes in the IJW/Chili’s integration and service processes. I had to bake the wings for at least 15-20 more minutes at home before I felt comfortable eating them. They were mediocre, not specialty at all. If you advertise just doing one thing, it’s pretty sad when you can’t even do that one thing well.

Ordered online for a pick up of 5 different flavors of wings 4 bone 1 boneless. First I follow my GPS thinking maybe it’s a new take out place. Drove around the parking lot for 10 min. Finally called the number get an answer service that tells me to pull in to Chili’s pick up parking. There was small writing on the sign that said It’s Wings. Okay so I got Chili’s Wings? I would have went to Chili’s if I wanted their wings. 60.00 bucks later my entire family was sick for 2 days. DO NOT ORDER from this place.
