The food was okay. They charged $3 for bacon in our cheeseburger omelet but we couldn’t find it. Scavenger Hunt! The food was flavorless and we needed to add salt and pepper, butter and jelky, and whatever else we could find. The coffee lady spent so much time talking to one customer that we didn’t get timely refills. Uggh! And we had to listen to her stand right by our table and talk very loudly about all her career plan in detail. Not fun. Our waitress was sweet and friendly, however. The food came out promptly and they even split our meal for free. The ice tea refills were slow as molasses. It was not busy, sono excuses allowed.

A great space with a wonderful outdoor seating area. Not the best sound barrier indoors and very loud. Prices are fantastic! Food is great! Has a diner feel. Saturday servers are not very welcoming and lack customer service skills at the table. I felt like an order instead of a customer. Will definitely return but not on Saturday.

Ordered breakfast to go for me, my wife and my son. Soon as we got home my wife immediately seen 2 big long nasty grey and black hairs mixed into her coleslaw. Immediately I brought it back to them to show them and they just apologized and took it without asking if there was something they could replace it with. Customer service is poor and their food prep and awareness is poor. Spent 40 dollars for 3 small meals and they don’t even care to take care of an unsatisfied customer and at least put in effort to make things right. I wish I would’ve got a refund because now I’m stuck with a breakfast that I am now turned off by and don’t want. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Never going back!

Okay…. May be some of the best eggs Benedict I’ve had. The hollandaise sauce is fire. Served with ripe avocado and fresh bacon. Prompt and friendly service. They keep the coffee hot and topped off. Thanks for the delicious welcome to the sunshine state!

Customer service was in question when I visited this restaurant in May. I did have my puppy in a pet stroller when walking into the restaurant and was seated accordingly. No where on windows nor in the restaurant was it stated pets weren’t allowed. My puppy was kept in the stroller and barked once after probably 20-30 mins of waiting there. A woman from the back of the kitchen comes out and says “oh that’s a dog in there, I thought it was a kid. pets can’t be in here, especially not barking ones.” Jokingly I said “he is my kid”, anticipating some other accommodation being that I had already ordered my food. There was about 60 secs of silence before she states again “He really can’t be in here.” Instead of asking if I wanted my food to go or if I wanted to be moved to outdoor seating she kept insisting that I leave. I had to suggest getting my food to go before thankfully another waitress suggested outdoor seating where there was even water bowls placed FOR PETS. Overall I feel the situation could have been handled better on the restaurants behalf.

This place in business for many years and it passed to the daughter a few years ago. The service is great, food is tasty and big, the prices are budget friendly. Just visited here recently and was full house. Probably Rae Rae was closed and got their customers.
