Our food was delicious and fresh but the best part was the waitress. Didn’t get her name but she was so kind and sweet and checked on us the whole time. We left her a $10 tip on our cc but it doesn’t look like you guys will actually charged it because we signed after I told my husband to sign it before. She had redish curly hair and had it up in a pony like a bun I believe please thank her for kindness and customer service. Will be back.

The food is amazing per usual, but the service was extremely top notch. I already frequent this location, but I am sure to be back more often. LongHorn is our favorite restaurant. The service was great but maybe that night the cooks were having an off night. The burger was tasteless, which is usually the best burgers when I eat out. Both steaks were ordered medium and were well done. They did cook new ones and those were perfect but we had to wait even longer for the new ones. The cook came to our table and with a bit of an attitude and asked if the steaks were ok now. The waitress was really great and was really apologetic.

UPDATE: Looking back at reviews for the last few years, customers have been mentioning the foul smell in the restaurant. At least 18 others besides myself have brought this up to staff/management or included it in their review. It appears management is not going to resolve, or is maybe unable to resolve. The issue is definitely affecting customers, which is affecting their business. Should not have been almost empty at lunch time.

Pittsburgh style/ black and blue steaks are always perfect. Ribs are awesome. Caesar salads and Parmesan crusted chicken are my favorites. Berry Sangria is my go to. Always had great service as well.
