I ordered the Squealer (1 meat, 2 sides). The baked beans were pretty good. Potato salad was great. Brisket tasted good but was a little on the tough side. (Could be my own tastes as I’m used to Texas BBQ and they can do brisket). My main problem was the portion size and that they had barely been open and were already out of mac & cheese. The meat was sparse at most for $13.99. $10.99 would have been more appropriate for that small of a portion size.

The food is so mediocre, I could easily make it at home, but 5x better. Portion control is atrocious. This big cup is the drink, the 2 white cups are my sides. The pile of meat is probably 3/4 of what it was originally. Got another pile of pulled pork, which I already ate before I took the picture, but it was small too. The whole kit’ n caboodle cost me $21. Not worth it, not coming here again, I’m gonna recommend other people to not come here. I’d have paid $12, but not no $21. At least the service was good.

Very tasty BBQ. The Pulled Pork Sandwich was very moist and tender with a great smoky flavor that does not over power the meat. The menu includes the sandwich and a bag of potato chips while I was also offered a small cup of pickles or onions and a selection of sauces. The “hot” I selected was very mild over all with a subtle hint of spices in the background. Overall, a very good combo that compliments the meat well. For the price point I would have like to have seen a drink included, however, inflation has hit everyone and Pappy’s BBQ is no exception. The parking outside is not much to look at with a hand full of spot, inside you will find a number tables fit for parties 4 or more. Very friendly staff and a welcoming family friendly environment, if you are in the area I would recommend giving Pappy’s BBQ a try. They also have a drive through and items can be purchased by weight, for large crowds I would take this avenue. Great work Pappy’s!

How is this place still open? I tried it once years ago because I live nearby. The brisket was basically gray roast beef with no flavor. The ribs were “falling off the bone” from being wildly overdone, and they were covered in a sickly sugar-water glaze. Everything about it was awful.

I got the little big with 2 meats and 2 sides and a piece of bread for 17 dollars. The price was not worth what they gave me in food a little pile of choped brisket and 1 hot link. The 2 sides were corn on the cob and I could tell they don’t boil the corn with butter and the Mac and cheese was .99 cents extra and it was dry. I do not recommend going here. And I won’t be back either. There’s better places to get bbq from

OMG best ribz, sides and desserts! Green beans and corn salad are my favorite. The unsweetened tea is amazing ! Yes, come by. You won’t be disappointed they have lots of long time customers from all the world who stop by this location. It’s right across from ok state fair and the major highway.
