I love Waffle House and it was a treat for me to go out for breakfast this morning as I have NOT eaten out much since Covid 2020. Susan, waitress should have stayed home today as her bad attitude was obvious to the customers. I waited several minutes for her to clean a booth, she was not busy, she used a dirty wet cloth to wipe off table & seat, I had to use napkins to dry the table and seat before I could sit down. Susan ignored me for several minutes, did not ask what I wanted to drink, took another customer’s order that came in several minutes after I did. She finally took my order for coffee, did not bring glass of water that I ordered, she asked what I wanted to eat but there was NO menu on the table. She finally came back ten minutes plus for my order, charged me $3.00 for three SMALL slices of tomatoe, when I asked for a coffee refill, she took my cup and was gone several more minutes. Pucci brought my food order, refilled my coffee without being asked, & brought the water. Pucci had greeted me when I arrived at Waffle House. I would have given Pucci a generous tip, however she was on the phone taking an order when I left. This was the only bad experience that I have ever had at a Waffle House. I will not return to this location because of Susan’s unprofessional attitude. The tip for Susan is: “Treat others like you want to be treated”, and use the little bit of authority that you think you have in a positive way instead of being negative. You will feel better about yourself and be more blessed because your actions affect everyone else.

I took my boss from England here before the Womens Amateur at Augusta. I wanted to make sure that he was able to have this experience while he was in the states. I told him he had to get hashbrowns, but beyond that gave him the freedom to go through the various offerings on the menu. Unfortunately, he ordered a waffle with peanut butter chips (I didn’t know they even had that) with his hash browns (which he chose to have without any toppings). To add insult to injury, our waitress was incredibly polite. She even brewed a pot of decaf for him. So all in all, a top notch breakfast experience, however, I was hoping for a more traditional Waffle House experience.

My husband and I went for Valentine’s day after hearing about the special valentine’s set up this location does. Not only was I impressed by the valentine’s decor and excitement, but I was very impressed by how well this waffle house was managed and run. All the staff were extremely polite, professional, and made this a fun experience. Our orders were taken quickly, food served promptly, and the food quality was amazing. We will now be going to this waffle house more regularly and we plan on making it a valentine’s tradition!

This is my second week within 3 weeks coming here… Other than the fact that I just moved to this side of town has no effect on my experience being that I worked at this exact waffle house and I know the atmosphere… Happened to run into the same waitress two weeks in a row.. after hours.. and if I were still here I wouldn’t say she is a bad server but a bad representative as a frontrunner in the consumer eye as the company… Don’t want anyone to be fired or repremand to happen on my account unless it goes from the top down,. And that’s not to say pass it down… You got till masters next year… Or I’ll make this a sliced cheese house… And that’s exactly what it sounds like

Have you ever spent time in a Turkish Prison Camp ? Do you enjoy Gladiator fight movies? then this is the place for you. It’s a roll of the dice regarding the patrons you will see here. Are you adventurous? Well so is the staff. The staff was helpful and tried their best to cater, I will give them credit, they did their best on the 4th of July to serve. Thank you Waffle house for supporting my smothered, buttered, shuttered, and guttered intestinal needs. Kid friendly. I ordered the Texas Bacon Cheesesteak is always a crowd pleaser and of course the Hash Browns. This is great stop for after the bar , the entertainment factor is well worth the entrance fee.
